Kit Giveaway 2

Today's kit giveaway is Softly Spoken. I will pick a winner tomorrow morning (I hope).
Though this is not an American tradition it is something that our church has been doing for years on new years. We have a big potluck. And there's usually a big spread of food. We have some good cooks. We have a No Talent Talent Show. Where people who normally don't perform get up and make us laugh or cry. It is really too much fun. This year our DD is doing something! We have had end of the year videos. Then we pray in the new year.

Here's the deal:

*Tell me what your countries/families New Years day festivities are.

*Leave your email address.

*For an extra chance blog about this contest (link me to it).

That's it! Good luck!

By Request

My DD and I have been working on a Christmas craft. I have bought two different types of magnets and neither work. The first were too thick. The second didn't stick to the other magnet. Here a is a sampling of the bookmarks. Now to find the right magnets.
Now, by request, here's what I was going to share with you all this morning! I love to find cute clothes that look good on me. I also love a good deal. So these two items were a treasure to find. I found the gray (my fave color) and the jacket (LOVE pea coats) at a thrift store. My DD volunteers there so we got a discount. For both I paid under $10! Yay! They are washed and ready for tomorrow night. Our church is having a dinner for the ladies who help out in the nursery!

See you tomorrow with a new kit and a freebie!

Sneak Peek

Good Morning! Happy Thursday to you all! Here's a sneak peek of my new kit! Fun! I had something else to tell you , but the coffee has not kicked in yet! see you tomorrow!

Cornstartch Goop, Plumbing Problems...

I am here and will have a new release this Friday! Sneak Peek tomorrow! I have been busy being a mom, teacher, domestic diva and wife. Which hasn't left me much time to design let alone scrap.

We've been mixing cornstarch and water to make a cool plastic ball that literally melts in your hands, looking at a jar of pond water (there a live worm in there!! Yuck!), fixing plumbing problems, and much more!

Life is never dull around here!

Don't miss Friday, new release and a freebie!
